Wilson Noble is a Scottish Singer-Songwriter, Celtic Guitarist, and Loop Artist based in the Highlands of Scotland. He creates conscious, folk-inspired, acoustic-roots music, soundscapes and poetry. His new album, ‘HUMAN’ is due to be released soon, and we are delighted to welcome him back to the Bootstock stage.
Vegas Hed Thug, amongst other things, combine hard progressive rock with 16th century Italian classical music. Why not? It is Bootstock after all! Here is a clip of the VHT at Bootstock 2016.
We are very excited to welcome Liam Ross back to Bootstock. He thrills crowds with his range of original songs and covers which showcase his lightning fast, finger picking style. His first album based on abandoned locations in Scotland, and the people connected with them, is due for release soon.

Dirty Rotters are Orkneys number one punk rock covers band. Stopping off at Bootstock on their current Scottish tour, be sure to catch the Rotters on Saturday evening. Here is a preview of the band in action.
We are delighted to announce the addition of the brilliant Andrew Robinson to the Bootstock line up. A regular at the Edinburgh Festival over the years, Andrew’s stunning guitar playing has been described as unique, virtuoso and mercurial! Have a listen and decide for yourselves.

The ridiculously talented Darren Watt has been a huge supporter of the Bootstock Festival since the beginning. Catch another stunning set from Darren on Saturday afternoon.
The Bootstock line up simply wouldn’t be complete without the brilliant Big Bob’s Blues Band. Guitar genius Bob Irwin and the band kick off the Saturday afternoon with a thundering set of rock and blues.
The Friday night Bootstock line up includes acoustic trio Nelson’s Mandola who perform a lively set of original tunes, with the occasional complex time signature thrown in to keep the audience on their toes.
Ewan Reid has been a huge Bootstock favourite over the years and we are delighted to welcome him back to the line up this year. Singer songwriter Ewan will perform a mix of classic covers and original material.
FOOL CIRCLE headline on the Friday night. A new rock band with a great set of original songs. Fool Circle are Bootstock’s best kept secret of 2019, and you simply can’t afford to miss this set.

Admission is free but donations to the Bootstock Association Charity will be welcome.
The festival is family friendly and camping is free.
Fund raising activities
Stall selling genuine Nepal arts & crafts, the Bootstock Raffle, music quiz and games.
There will be a very reasonably priced menu (with vegetarian option) organised by Bootstock members, plus tea and coffee available throughout the day.
There is no bar so please bring your own beer and refreshments.
How to get there
Turn off the A9 and take the B9169 / B9163 past Culbokie towards Cromarty. After 6.5 miles turn right (sign posted Resolis Memorial Hall and New Hall). The Memorial Hall is 0.5 miles down the road on right hand side before junction.
